As an FM and Asset Management consultant with 27 years’ experience leading integrated hard and soft services across national and complex portfolios. From engineering assurance and lifecycle modelling to cleaning, catering, security and workplace delivery, I focus on building practical, well-governed FM models that improve performance and support informed investment decisions.
WHAT I OFFER
With over 27 years in Facilities and Asset Management, I help organisations move from reactive maintenance to structured, risk-based decision making. Alongside hard services, I have led large-scale soft services operations including cleaning, catering, waste, security and front of house across healthcare, local authority and corporate environments. With 27 years across healthcare, local authority, corporate and major projects, I bring structure to asset management, compliance and lifecycle planning.
